What shipping options do I have?

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is between 6 to 14 days.
• Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is around 4 to 7 days.

Is my package trackable?

Yes, once your order is fulfilled, we will email you a tracking number within 48 hours. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package.

Do I have to pay customs duty on my order?

Customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes imposed by customs authorities in their country. We recommend checking your country's import laws and minimum value thresholds for import duties before making a purchase.

Can the price on the invoice be lowered so that it does not reach the threshold for customs duty? And can the order be marked as a "gift" on the invoice?

We cannot alter the price on the invoice or mark orders as "gifts" to avoid customs duties. This is in compliance with international shipping regulations.

Do the products have translated product labels and instructions in English?
